Each property here is equine friendly, no matter whether it is a one acre home lot, a multi acre horse farm, or anything in between. While membership in the HOA is completely optional as noted above, there are many benefits to joining and being a member can enhance your equestrian experience. Therefore, we highly recommend that all residents join. 

To be sure, there are modest tradeoffs to living in an amazing community like this. For example, you may find it a little farther out than you would prefer. Major shopping areas, medical facilities and our Ocala city center require a little driving to get to. However, a wiseman once said, “Let a horse whisper in your ear and breathe on your heart.
