- Incorporating information you provide, and knowledge of what you have done to prepare your home, we also write a dynamic description highlighting all of your home’s most distinguishing and attractive features.
- Next, with this description as its centerpiece, we create an enticing multimedia single property site.
- As we continue to prepare to feature your home, we then begin our pre-launch our OHG Realty marketing by announcing your coming listing on social media and our two websites. We also inform our buyer clients and local Realtors of the opportunity your home presents.
Launching the campaign:
- We begin this stage of our OHG Realty marketing by analyzing your home’s position in the market and designing a campaign that will maximize your listing’s ability to compete.
- We then create marketing materials for distribution to brokers, agents and potential buyers. Each is focused on the photos or edited video produced in your shoot.
- Our office simultaneously lists your home on the Stellar MLS service.
- At this time, we distribute your single property site to the member Realtors of OMCAR, our local Association.
- Through the Florida Realtors‘ Association, we may also direct your listing to thousands of Realtors throughout our state.
- Additionally, through our international referral network, we may direct your listing to many thousands of agents worldwide.
